Why I'm Betting on Distribution Over Building
In a world where any product can be built with AI in a weekend, the real moat is getting it in front of people. Here's why I'm going all-in on distribution.

As a Product Manager at MetaMask, I launched social logins that now drive the majority of new user onboarding and nearly 50% more revenue. I redesigned the onboarding flow to significantly improve conversion rates, and I'm currently leading development of new products enhancing transaction security.
Previously, I was Head of Product & Growth at Web3Auth, where I took a free developer tool and turned it into a tiered premium platform—designing pricing strategy, feature gating, and plan segmentation. I grew ARR from $0 to multi-million USD, launched subscription plans that became the industry standard for Wallet-as-a-Service, and owned the roadmap for 15+ SDKs scaling to millions of monthly active users.
Before Web3, I co-founded MobiChemist, a health-tech platform delivering medicines to doorsteps. We scaled to 50k+ app downloads, $1M+ GMV/year, and a 20-member team across 4 cities—eventually acquired by Tata 1mg.
That journey taught me something fundamental: building the product is the easy part. Distribution is where the real game is played. Now I'm going all-in on that thesis—through writing, content creation, and building in public.
